We are a women-only fitness club with a passion to assist women of all ages in reaching their health and fitness goals.
We offer circuit style strength training, various group fitness classes to suit all fitness levels, Tai Chi for balance and relaxation, and health and wellness workshops. We are building a community of women who want to see better, stronger versions of themselves. We will assess your fitness needs, build a plan that suits you, and cheer you on throughout your journey.

"I like the classes. There are several different ones to choose from including Tai Chi, dancing, cardio, and muscle building. I've noticed some classes would be great for beginners or those advanced in age and other classes are more challenging even for the very fit. The staff and other participants are always welcoming. I never feel judged or awkward. Just have a great time being active!"
