Service Description
Using an adjustable step platform, this class will increase your endurance and tone your body by targeting different muscle groups. STEP is a high energy, but low impact class ideal for all ages. We offer two different classes to suit individual fitness levels. STEP 1 is geared for beginners and STEP 2 is an intermediate class for those looking for a faster paced class. Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up followed by choreographed exercises and ends with a cool-down and stretching.
