Service Description
Somatic Yoga emphasizes sensing our way into and out of poses incorporating mindfulness and breathwork. Each movement can be altered based on each individual's needs. This practice cultivates body awareness which helps to retrain habitual patterns of tension held, which can become ingrained in our nervous system. Gentle movements and sequences support a deeper connection between brain and body, thus settling our nervous systems making way for reduced tension and trauma release.
