Looking to define, sculpt, and build lean muscle? Try our LIFT full-body conditioning workout! Instead of using the hydraulic exercise machines, step into our cardio room and utilize weights and kettlebells for a challenging workout. This HIIT-style workout offers 40 seconds of isolation exercises followed by a 20-second break between sets and is the perfect mix of strength training and core exercise. A qualified trainer will go through the workout with you to be sure you are doing the exercises correctly. This 30-minute session can be completed anytime during the allotted hour and will leave you feeling strong and rejuvenated!
