Service Description
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a high energy cardio workout which involves alternating short bursts of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. Our sessions include 40 seconds of low impact moves followed by 20 seconds of active recovery in between to maximize results and increase endurance. No jumping, but squats, lunges, and floor exercises are part of the routine. The 45-minute class starts with a dynamic warm-up and will be finished off with a cool down and stretching exercises to improve your flexibility.
