McElwain Drive
Service Description
This 40-minute class focuses on specialized movements to strengthen your core (the muscles around your trunk and pelvis) and lower back. The class incorporates focused movements such as planks, reverse crunches, bridges, and more to target key areas and strengthen the entire core while reducing your risk of injury. Stretching exercises, utilizing yoga straps, will round out the class.
