Service Description
This 30-minute class focuses on strengthening your core (the muscles around your trunk and pelvis) and lower back. The class incorporates focused movements such as planks, reverse crunches, bridges, and more forms guaranteed to strengthen the entire core and whittle inches from your waist. Stretching exercises, utilizing yoga straps, will round out the class. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat if you have one.
