Service Description

Chair yoga involves performing traditional yoga poses while seated in a chair or using a chair for balance. This practice is designed to make yoga accessible to everyone, particularly those who may have difficulty with standard yoga due to physical limitations, age, or health conditions. It allows participants to enjoy the benefits of yoga without the need to get on the floor or stand for extended periods and provides a safe way to engage in physical activity without the risk of falling. Regular practice can enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness, similar to traditional yoga.
