Service Description
Vinyasa yoga is a type of yoga that links poses together in a flow using the breath. Breath is linked to movement, and poses are only held for a short time. There is no fixed sequence, allowing the class to be tailored to fit the needs of the students. Vinyasa Flow is accessible for many fitness levels. It improves heart health and reduces anxiety and depression while increasing strength, stability, and flexibility. PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT IF YOU HAVE ONE.
