TONE is a low-intensity aerobic workout that utilizes light hand weights to build muscle along with cardio/dance movements. This total body workout will help increase your stamina, endurance, and mobility while toning your muscles. This class is ideal for women who are just starting out with an exercise program or for those who may have a chronic condition with decreased mobility.
