Service Description

Tai Chi for Rehabilitation is an 8-session program for those who are recovering from an injury, stroke, fatigue, and various chronic conditions. Tai Chi is an evidence-based program recommended to prevent falls and fall related injuries in older adults. The many benefits of Tai Chi include improved balance and mobility, increased leg strength, improved coordination and flexibility, and improved mood and mental clarity.
