Service Description

Tai Chi for Health is a graceful form of exercise that involves a series of movements, called forms, which are performed in a slow, focused manner combined with controlled breathing. It is a low impact exercise the puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it suitable for all ages, including older adults. Tai Chi is an evidence-based program recommended to prevent falls and fall related injuries in older adults. The many benefits of Tai Chi include improved balance and mobility, increased leg strength, improved coordination and flexibility, and improved mood and mental clarity.
