Service Description

LIIFT is a full-body conditioning workout that utilizes weights and bands to define, sculpt, and build lean muscle. Isolation exercises are performed for 40 seconds with a 20 second break between sets. The class will end with a 15-minute core session and lots of stretching to round out the class.
